If allowed to get out of control the “unfocused” state may lead to serious emotional, psychological, and physical problems Staying focused takes some real effort. Steps in the direction of healing include regularly getting a good night’s sleep, following a regimen of aerobic exercise, and practicing positive thinking–starting with thinking happy thoughts. Take the quiz and find out the ways in which you either are practicing good focus and where you are not. And then come up with a plan to work on improving one, two, or more of the problem areas. You’ll be surprised at how much good it can do you.
